At our pet crematorium, we understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet is a deeply personal and emotional experience. We are committed to providing dignified and respectful pet services tailored to your needs. Our DEFRA-approved facility ensures that each pet receives individual cremation, with ashes returned in scatter tubes or in an urn of your choice, allowing for a meaningful farewell.
Over the last few years, we have lost pets ourselves and had them cremated. Unfortunately, the service we received was not caring or dignified so our aim was correct this situation, making the experience as stress-free and respectful as possible.
We offer a range of services, including home euthanasia, where our qualified veterinary staff can assist in a calm and gentle manner at your home. Our 24-hour collection and delivery service ensures you can rely on us anytime. Additionally, we provide memorial products and a Book of Remembrance to honour your pet’s memory.
We aim to make this difficult time as stress-free as possible, ensuring that your pet is treated with the utmost care and compassion throughout the entire process. Whether you prefer to arrange for collection from your veterinary practice or wish to visit us directly, we are here to support you every step of the way.

OUR PRESTIGE PACKAGE
Our prestige package provides an opportunity to bid farewell to your cherished companion with the respect and dignity they deserve. This package includes the collection of your beloved pet from your selected address and your choice of casket from our memorial shop. On the day of your choosing, we can accommodate up to four guests, transporting you to our premises where you can say your final goodbyes and celebrate the life of your beloved pet with a toast in their memory. UNDERSTANDING THE EUTHANASIA PROCESS FOR YOUR PET
We prioritise your pet’s welfare during the euthanasia process, ensuring that every step is clearly explained and all your questions are addressed. Initially, a calming pre-sedation will be administered, allowing your pet to relax without pain or distress. When you're ready, a gentle anaesthetic agent will be given, leading to a peaceful passing as your pet's heart slows and ultimately stops. After this, you have complete control over the next steps regarding aftercare, including arrangements for cremation, which can be discussed with our care coordinators or your veterinarian.
